Featuring male lead vocals, two guitars, bass and drums, Under The Sun are experts in getting the crowd going, so get ready to singalong! Having honed their skills impressing audiences across the globe from the UK to Jamaica, the band's prowess has got them invited to perform at prestigious venues like The Natural History Museum, Islington Assembly Hall and Shepherd's Bush Empire, and they've even shared the stage with Republica.

It's also easy to personalise the band's performance to you! Not only will Under The Sun learn your first dance song free of charge, with additional requests available for a fee, but there are also multiple extras that you can add to your booking, including daytime acoustic duo or full band sets, an extra evening band set, late finishes, and even a silent disco!

PA and lighting will be provided, as well as a playlist DJ service for the times the band aren't on stage. This can be upgraded to a manned DJ if you'd like to make requests on the night.

They are nothing short of sensational. We have had countless comments from guests about how fantastic the band are and we take absolute delight in recommending them to everybody. Our photographer, who has shot hundreds of weddings at our venue and has seen just as many bands, wrote 'The band? Absolutely unreal. Pure energy' on his social media post. We found the process incredibly easy, the booking was straightforward, the contact was great (made contact a few months out to reassure us), timings were fantastic, they were super approachable and lovely to speak to and we are genuinely and utterly thrilled with their performance. FAQs

How long will Under The Sun perform for?
As standard, the band perform either 2x60 or 3x40 minute sets, depending on your event requirements.

Can the band play for longer?
Yes - the option to include an extra 60 minute band set and a 1am late finish are available.

Do the band provide their own equipment?
The band will arrive at your event complete with a PA system and lighting equipment consisting of 2x 4-can standing LED back lights, 6x LED floor cans and 2x moving heads - all included in their standard fee.

Will the band provide a DJ service?
Yes! Under The Sun provide a playlist DJ service included in their standard fee, which means music is covered all night even whilst the band take a break between sets. These are tried and tested playlists the band use to keep the atmosphere high whilst the band aren't on stage. You are more than welcome to request songs prior to your event and they will endeavour to include these for you.
There's even the option to upgrade to a manned DJ service if you'd like to make requests on the night!

Will the band learn our first dance song?
Absolutely! Wherever possible, Under The Sun will learn and perform one song request for your first dance, even if it's not in their repertoire, with additional song requests available for a fee.

Do the band offer any optional extras?
Yes - Under The Sun can also provide an acoustic duo or full band performance that would be perfect for drinks receptions and daytime events. If you're looking for something a bit different for your evening party, the band can also provide a 60 minute silent disco with a 1am finish for up to 100 guests!

Can the band arrive earlier?
Under The Sun are very flexible and are happy to work to the needs of your event and arrive earlier (pre 5pm) for an extra fee.

How long do the band need to set up their equipment?
The band will need approximately 60 minutes to set up and sound check once they have arrived at the venue (depending on access to the performance area), followed by an additional 15 minutes to get changed before taking to the stage!

My venue has a sound limiter - will this be ok?
The band are very flexible and will do everything they can to work around any sound limitations at your venue. Please let the band know regarding this as soon as possible and they will advise.
